As part of the holistic health and well-being initiative at Inderprastha Dental College and Hospital, a 4-month yoga program was organized for dental students and staff members from 9th November 2024 to 22ndFebruary 2025, in IPDC Grounds of the college. The yoga instructor, Mr. Chander Prakash Gupta along with his team, took yoga sessions with great dedication. The rogram aimed to address common physical and mental stressors faced by dental students and staff members, such as back pain, posture issues, eye strain, and anxiety, and to enhance overall well-being and focus. The yoga program was designed to complement the rigorous academic schedule of dental students, providing them with techniques to improve their physical health, emotional resilience, and mindfulness
The theme for World Oral Health Day 2025 is “HAPPY MOUTH HAPPY MIND”. World Oral Health week 2025 was commemorated with great enthusiasm and purpose from 24th March, Monday to 28th March 2025, Friday, under the theme “Happy Smile, Happy Mind.” The initiative by Department of Public Health Dentistry, students and interns of Inderprastha Dental College and Hospital aimed not only to highlight the importance of oral hygiene but also to underscore the connection between oral health and mental well-being
The theme for World No Tobacco Day 2025 is "Unmasking the Appeal: Exposing Industry Tactics on Tobacco and Nicotine Products". Dr Geetika Arora (Professor and Head) from Department of Public Health Dentistry, Inderprastha Dental College and Hospital, Sahibabad organized 15 days program from 20th May, Tuesday to 5th June 2025, Fridayon occasion of World No Tobacco Day under the able guidance of Dr Rahul Paul (Director and Principal, IPDC), to raise global awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco use and advocate for effective tobacco control policies. The day serves as a platform to unite public health champions worldwide in the fight against tobacco-related diseases and deaths

National Periodontist Day 2025 was celebrated from February 24 to February 28, 2025 at Department of Periodontology with a focus on raising awareness about periodontal health and the role of Periodontists in maintaining overall oral wellbeing. This celebration highlighted the 50th anniversary of the Indian Society of Periodontology (ISP).
The Department of Periodontology in association with Indian Society of Periodontology, conducted a chronicle of events from 1 st August to 7th August 2024, encompassing Oral hygiene day. The event started with the lecture on oral hygiene care to undergraduate followed by patient education, motivation and sample distribution. Free dental checkup camps were organized in different areas of New Delhi and Ghaziabad with the distribution of oral health kits and screening sessions for over 500 individuals at various locations, aiming to raise awareness about periodontal problems

Zero Discrimnination Day - Various activities were organised on this Day to raise nat_intl on Discrimination and it's harmful affects on society. A debate competition was organised with the topic "Discrimination is Man Made".
National Periodontics Day - In colloboration with Indian Society of Periodontology, the Department of Periodontology celebrated National Periodontics Day. On the occasion ePoster Competition was held. A Dental Camp was Kanawani village. Awareness on oral health and specifically gum health was raised.
Republic Day - Flag was hoisted on Republic Day. Performance of Dance and Songs were held by students in national fervour.
